Evening Ethereum (ETH) Market Interpretation and Trading Strategy

Brothers, the performance of ETH is truly a love-hate relationship. When it falls, we complain that it doesn't rise, and when it rises, we grumble about not getting in. It's really hard to please everyone.

From the market perspective, the 15-minute small-scale highs and lows of ETH are all decreasing, and it has not been able to firmly hold above the key level of 2500. It has been hovering around 2500, and the trend is somewhat hesitant. However, if it can successfully stabilize above 2500 and consolidate above 2520, the possibility of a subsequent upward movement opening up space above is very high.

Key Levels and Trading Strategies

1. Right-Side Trading:

◦ Long Position: If ETH breaks above 2512 with volume, you can enter a long position. However, closely monitor the changes in volume; if the volume is insufficient, it may just be a temporary breakout.

◦ Short Position: Once it breaks below 2498 with volume, and the subsequent pullback fails to recover that level, you can enter a short position. Remember to set a stop-loss to prevent a false breakout.

2. Trend Target Levels:

◦ Hourly Level: If it can break above 2521, the upper target levels to look at are 2561 and 2620. If it cannot go up, it will most likely enter a consolidation phase.

◦ 4-Hour Level: If it breaks below 2454, this will trigger a correction, with support levels at 2389 and 2276. Additionally, if the closing price at the 4-hour level cannot close above the closing price of the candlestick indicated by the yellow arrow in the chart, ETH is likely to experience a correction. Whether it is a normal correction or a deep correction will depend on subsequent trends, and we should pay attention to tomorrow morning's news to guard against sudden crashes.

In the crypto circle, market changes are rapid, and the trend of ETH is also full of uncertainty. Everyone must be cautious in their trading, strictly following the key levels and volume changes, managing positions rationally, and ensuring risk prevention. Wishing everyone smooth trading!
