A motion jointly filed by @Ripple Labs and the SEC before Judge Analisa Torres in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, indicating that the involved parties have reached a settlement agreement and are only awaiting a indicative ruling to conclude this legal battle through a preliminary injunction against @Ripple Labs to release $ 125 million in civil penalties currently in custody.

According to the motion, it was agreed that @Ripple Labs must pay 50 million dollars to the SEC USA and the rest of the funds will be returned to @Ripple Labs.
