With all due respect to you, my dear brother, do not make things lawful and unlawful based on your desires. For your information, what is lawful is clear and obvious, and what is unlawful is the same. Between them are ambiguities, and you know and I know, and everyone knows what is lawful and unlawful. So do not lie to yourself and mislead it.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful: My brother, my sister, there is no legal evidence that prohibits trading in all its forms.
Trading is a virtual world, not a real one, so those who travel to the virtual world must pack their bags well.
The trader must be assured from the religious perspective that it is absolutely lawful.
Those who believe in monotheism must believe that Allah is the one who permits and prohibits, not the scholars; and if scholars enter into permitting and prohibiting, then you are not a monotheist to Allah but rather a polytheist. Allah, the Exalted, said: "Or do they have partners who have legislated for them in religion what Allah has not permitted?"
Allah alone prohibits, whereas the ijtihad (jurisprudence) of scholars is a search for the truth that Allah has revealed and spreads it as it was found among the people. Ijtihad is not about permitting and prohibiting on one's own; this is indeed polytheism itself.
Ijtihad in religion is the transmission of legal rulings as Allah revealed them to His Messenger, peace be upon him.
As for those who believe that a scholar engages in ijtihad to prohibit or permit something, then they have associated partners with Allah in legislation. How many are the polytheists in our time under the rule of ijtihad who have not even understood the great scholars? We ask Allah for forgiveness and well-being.
My brother, my sister, traders trade and feel reassured; your provision is lawful and good. And if you have an idea about marketing? Likewise, marketing is lawful in all its forms except for the things that Allah has prohibited, such as alcohol and pork, and other things that Allah may have prohibited; these are forbidden. No one should market or trade in them. And peace.
