Binance founder CZ was previously rumored to seek a pardon from Trump, which he denied, but now he admits to having formally applied for it!
In a recent podcast, CZ stated that his legal team has submitted a pardon application to U.S. President Trump.
It turns out that earlier Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal reported that he was seeking a pardon, and at that time he denied it, saying that part of his motivation for applying for a pardon was inspired by Trump’s pardon of the BitMEX founder.
