здравствуйте. помогите пожалуйста. уже не знаю что делать даже в техподдержку писала. мне на бинансе впервые поступили деньги и система требует информацию об отправителе. а от отправителя не могу добиться информации. и по кругу эта ситуация с 5 числа крутится. неужели ничего нельзя сделать? я не знала что потребуется ещё какие-то действия. вроде они висят на балансе но в тоже время ничего с ними нельзя сделать! требуется подтверждение и все́.....
