Chainlink has announced the launch of Chainlink Rewards, a new community engagement program aimed at incentivizing participation. In collaboration with Space and Time, a member of the Chainlink Build program, the initiative will provide 4% of the total supply of SXT tokens from Space and Time, which amounts to 200 million SXT tokens, available for eligible LINK holders. The first batch of 100 million SXT tokens will be available for claiming starting May 8, 2025, during a pilot phase known as Genesis Season, which will last for 90 days. This program is designed to reward active participants and enhance community engagement within the ecosystem, as well as to provide projects with opportunities to expand their influence and foster collaboration. The selection criteria for receiving tokens will primarily consider active LINK holders based on their staking history.
