The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, has invited Changpeng Zhao (CZ), founder of Binance, to join the country's National Cryptocurrency Committee. This collaboration aims to position Kyrgyzstan as a regional center for financial innovation.
The partnership with Binance includes the development of cryptocurrency payment infrastructure and educational programs on blockchain, strengthening the country's digital sovereignty.
Additionally, Kyrgyzstan has launched USDKG, a gold-backed stablecoin, and is considering the creation of a national cryptocurrency reserve with assets like BTC and BNB.
These initiatives reflect a comprehensive strategy to diversify the economy and promote the adoption of emerging technologies in the region.
