#代币充值到alpha #alpha Binance has successfully made me feel disgusted again 😠😠😠

I originally wanted to recharge the STO token from Bitget to Binance on April 28 by brushing the alpha module on Binance.

I found that the token hadn’t arrived for half a day, and now I realize that the alpha module hadn't officially launched on Binance yet. I accepted my fate, thinking that once it officially launched, I would be able to trade.

Unexpectedly, on May 3, the STO went live on Binance. I immediately opened the exchange to check. But it still hadn't arrived. Then I checked the recharge application. The result showed my token number as alpha_138. The reason for your manual return is even more bizarre, saying that I made a mistake in the token recharge, and it should be STO. Damn, isn’t the token I recharged from Bitget STO??????

What the hell is this alpha, I thought it was a direct recharge for spot, but all my coins were allocated to the alpha module. The coin is live, why is it still in this module... isn’t this a BUG???? Can I still play???

Can you learn from OKX exchange that if you charge incorrectly, you can pay a small fee to transfer it out yourself? You, on the other hand, either charge a 200u fee or a 500u fee. This is really heartless 🖤.

I previously complained about the Web3 wallet being hard to use, unable to customize adding coins, and once I directly crossed the chain to a Binance Web3 unsupported chain. I wanted to cross back but it’s not supported. 😡😡😡 I asked around and couldn’t find a solution. Later, a Twitter customer service responded to me, saying that currently the only option is to cancel the account. Later, I asked if the rewards from the airdrop activities I participated in would be known after cancellation, and they didn’t know. Also, I don’t know how to check the money I staked in various projects of the activities I participated in. 🤔 They told me that they would add a custom feature later. Months have passed, and the custom feature hasn’t been added. The Web3 does not show my staked projects either. In the end, I don’t know how to cancel staking for some key activities on Binance. Some projects I can’t even find. Does Binance still have product managers???? Are they all busy making money for themselves???
