The wording... I'm not convinced it can reach and inspire at scale. "Scalable" and "Decentralization" are complex notions for the everyday Joe
If we tried to rework the wording but keep the idea:
Decentralization = immutable neutrality
If rephrased to an easier notion:
Decentralization is a form of freedom that can't be taken away.
Freedom is a notion everyone gets behind. It's powerful, and every human being desires to be free.
Now, a blockchain runs, and its decentralization makes it unstoppable. It's kind of an engine for the digital world to run on.
But the #1 value of this engine is the fact that it's free to use, nobody can alter, censor, or stop it.
How about:
