1. Market Structure – CHoCH & BOS
I first identify the market trend:
If I see a CHoCH (Change of Character), I get ready for a reversal.
A BOS (Break of Structure) confirms trend continuation.
This helps me trade with smart money, not against it.
2. Liquidity Grab – Stop Hunt Setup
Smart Money loves to trap retail traders.
I look for price to sweep a recent high or low (liquidity) and then instantly reject.
This is my signal that big players are entering the market.
3. Order Block Entry (OB Strategy)
After a CHoCH, I mark the last bullish or bearish candle before the impulsive move (the OB).
I enter at:
The 50% level of the OB
Or after a confirmation candle forms inside the OB zone
4. Stop-Loss & Take-Profit (Risk Management)
SL just above/below the OB
TP1 = Next internal structure level
TP2 = Equal highs/lows or external liquidity
I always maintain a Risk:Reward of 1:2 or more.
