On the evening of April 30th, around 7 PM, there was an issue with the SAFE4 block production. In the past two days, technicians have been working overtime to troubleshoot the block production issue with SAFE4. It has been initially determined that there is a connectivity issue between the super nodes, leading to poor block synchronization and causing the super nodes to stop producing blocks.

The connectivity issue among the super nodes can arise from various reasons, and we are currently ruling out factors such as traffic restrictions, firewalls, consensus mechanisms, and system connection limits. Some code and parameters have already been changed, and we are observing the block production situation on the network.

Since 9 PM on April 30th until now, the aforementioned situation has not occurred, and block production has been basically normal. To prevent a recurrence of similar issues, we need to continue observing for another 3-4 days. If we assess that there are no problems or the issues are not significant at that time, we will open up the SAFE4 network.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the fans.
