APOLOGY LETTER $ALPACA

Dear: Coin Alpaca 🦙 and the development team (NPT),

I, a FOMO holder since I didn't even know what blockchain was, or rather, since I didn't even know how to click a mouse, am writing this letter to apologize for my foolish actions.
