Kakarot will launch instant transaction verification by the end of 2025.
The Kakarot project (backed by Vitalik Buterin and StarkWare) has introduced an alternative ZK-rollup solution for Ethereum.
The technology using STARK proofs is expected to verify transactions on Ethereum almost instantly (8 seconds), faster than the Ethereum network generates new blocks (12 seconds).
