Arizona legislature has passed bills that would allow the state to establish a Bitcoin and digital asset reserve, the state of Arizona does not currently hold an official state Bitcoin reserve.

Two key bills, Senate Bill 1025 and Senate Bill 1373, have been approved by the Arizona legislature.

These bills would enable the state to invest a portion of public funds, potentially up to 10% of the state treasury, into digital assets, including Bitcoin.
