Dear Binance users,

Binance is pleased to announce the 15th project on the HODLer Airdrops page with Hyperlane (HYPER), a permissionless interoperability protocol for inter-blockchain communication across different blockchain environments.

Users who subscribed their BNB to Simple Earn (flexible and/or locked) and/or to blockchain yield products from 14/04/2025 at midnight (UTC) to 17/04/2025 at 23:59 (UTC) will receive the airdrop distribution. Information about the HODLer airdrops should be available in 12 hours, and the new token will be distributed to users' Spot accounts at least one hour before trading begins.

Binance will then list HYPER on 22/04/2025 at 13:00 (UTC) and open trading on USDC and BNB pairs. The funding label will be applied to HYPER. Users can start depositing HYPER one hour after this announcement.

* Note: HYPER will be available as part of the exclusive TGE campaign of Binance Wallet and can be traded on Binance Alpha starting from 22/04/2025 at 11:10 (UTC). It will, however, be removed from Binance Alpha after Spot trading opens.

Introduction of Binance HODLer airdrops

The Binance HODLer airdrops are a program that rewards BNB holders with token airdrops based on historical snapshots of their BNB balances. By subscribing BNB to Simple Earn, users will automatically qualify for HODLer airdrops (as well as Launchpool and Megadrop rewards). By subscribing BNB to blockchain yield products, users can automatically benefit from HODLer airdrop and Launchpool rewards.

Unlike other earning methods that require ongoing actions, HODLer airdrops reward users retroactively, providing a simple way to earn additional tokens. By subscribing BNB to Simple Earn products and/or to blockchain yield products, users can automatically qualify for token rewards.

How to benefit from HODLer airdrops?

Go to [Earn], and search for BNB.

Subscribe to Simple Earn products (flexible and/or locked) and/or blockchain yield products with your BNB holdings.

Snapshots of user balances and total pool balances will be taken multiple times every hour at random times to obtain the average hourly balances of users in Simple Earn products (flexible and/or locked) and/or in blockchain yield products. Binance will use historical snapshots of users' balances taken at random times after this announcement to calculate their rewards.

For example, the calculation of rewards for the HODLer airdrops on 11/06/2024 may be based on snapshots of users' balances taken between 01/06/2024 and 07/06/2024.

Eligible users will receive HODLer airdrop rewards in their Spot account within 24 hours after the announcement of the HODLer airdrops.

Terms and conditions

Important points for Binance Alpha users:

Users can transfer their HYPER from their Alpha accounts to their Spot accounts.

HYPER will be delisted from Binance Alpha as soon as Spot trading opens on Binance Spot. Users will still be able to sell HYPER via Binance Alpha.

Once HYPER is delisted from Binance Alpha, users can still check their HYPER balances from their Alpha accounts and transfer them to their Spot accounts to continue trading on Binance Spot.

Binance will transfer HYPER from users' Alpha accounts to their Spot accounts at 6:00 (UTC), three business days after the listing on the Spot market.

Binance Alpha is a token selection pool before their potential listing. Once a project presented on Binance Alpha is listed on Binance Spot, the asset(s) will be removed from Binance Alpha.

Only users who have verified their account (KYC) and reside in an eligible jurisdiction can participate in the HODLer airdrops.

The token distributed by airdrop will be automatically credited to each user's Spot account before its listing on Binance Spot.

If multiple projects participating in the HODLer airdrops are ongoing at the same time, users' BNB assets in Simple Earn products in BNB (flexible and locked) and in blockchain yield products will be allocated to these projects, unless stated otherwise.

BNB assets in Simple Earn serving as collateral for Binance loans (at flexible rates) do not qualify for HODLer airdrop rewards.

BNB subscribed to Simple Earn products will continue to grant users the standard benefits of holding BNB, such as eligibility for Launchpool, Megadrop, and HODLer airdrops as well as VIP benefits.

Participation in HODLer airdrops is subject to eligibility conditions based on the user's country or region of residence.

Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who alters the Binance program code or interferes with the operation of the Binance program code using other software.

Staked BNB Lista (slisBNB) and collateral BNB Lista (clisBNB) in the Binance non-custodial wallet will be included in the calculation of HODLer airdrop rewards.

Algo Spot orders will also be activated for the aforementioned pairs on 22/04/2025 at 13:00 (UTC), while trading bots will be activated within 24 hours of their listing on the Spot market.
