$USUAL Spain, Andorra, and Portugal are without electricity, no mobile phone companies are working, the internet is extremely slow, only one or two companies are partially functioning, traffic lights are down, banks are not operating, card payments aren't working in shopping centers, hospitals are in darkness, WhatsApp is down, etc.
