The U.S. SEC has approved ProShares Trust to launch multiple XRP-related futures ETFs, but not XRP spot ETFs, with an effective date of April 30, 2025. According to Reuters, Nike Inc. is facing a class action lawsuit in New York after shutting down its RTFKT unit in December 2024, allegedly causing NFT demand to collapse. Plaintiffs seek over $5 million in damages, claiming they were misled into buying unregistered securities. Nike acquired RTFKT in 2021 and announced the unit's closure last year.
