Part 15 — Fork at the Crossroads of the Heart
One night after the 'layer two promise' incident, Satashia and I began to feel that something was different.
Like two lines of code that initially ran parallel, now there was a small fork — choices in life that began to diverge.
I wanted to keep it simple, to build a small house on dreamland.
Satashia dreamed bigger, wanting to take this technology to the whole world.
In the workspace, among teak wood scraps and a softly humming laptop, I asked:
"Should we choose our own paths?"
Satashia gave a small smile.
"Sometimes in the world of blockchain, a fork doesn't mean separation. But evolution. We still share the same vision... just different ways to get there."
I looked at her, feeling a sense of relief.
Maybe this fork isn't about parting ways... but about growing.
