The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced its approval for the launch of three futures ETFs linked to XRP from ProShares, effective from April 30, 2025. These funds include: ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, ProShares UltraShort XRP ETF, and ProShares Short XRP ETF.

Additionally, the first spot ETF for XRP was launched in Brazil under the name XRPH11 by Hashdex in March 2025. This fund is expected to attract increasing international interest, which could enhance XRP's position in global markets.

Currently, XRP is trading at $2.23, with an increase of 0.01826% from the previous close. Forecasts suggest that the approval of ETF funds could lead to a significant increase in institutional demand for XRP, potentially driving its price to higher levels. For example, JPMorgan predicted that XRP ETF funds could attract flows of up to $8 billion, which could raise the price to around $4 by the end of 2025.
