📋 Checklist before executing a cryptocurrency trade
🔵 1. Market Condition
✅ Is the market overall bullish, bearish, or moving sideways?
✅ Is Bitcoin ($BTC) stable or volatile right now? (Because Bitcoin's movements affect all altcoins.)
🔵 2. Technical Setup (Technical Analysis)
✅ Is there a clear support or resistance level nearby?
✅ Are you buying near support and not chasing high prices?
✅ Do the technical indicators (like RSI, MACD, moving averages) confirm your idea?
🔵 3. Liquidity Review
✅ Is there sufficient daily trading volume (preferably over a million dollars for small coins)?
✅ Is the spread between buy and sell orders tight and not wide?
🔵 4. Risk Management
✅ Have you set your stop-loss level based on analysis, not emotion?
✅ Have you calculated the appropriate position size? (It's preferable not to risk more than 1%-2% of your capital.)
✅ Have you clearly defined your profit-taking targets? (A risk-to-reward ratio of at least 2:1.)
🔵 5. Fundamental and Sentimental Factors
✅ Are there any important upcoming news or events that may affect the price?
✅ How is the momentum on social media (X/Twitter, Discord)? (A lot of hype = proceed with caution.)
🔵 6. Psychological Review
✅ Are you feeling calm and focused, making decisions rationally?
✅ Are you trading based on a clear plan, not under the influence of fear or greed?
🔵 7. Confirmation of the Trading Plan
✅ Have you clearly defined your entry price range?
✅ Have you written down your stop-loss level and profit-taking targets?
✅ Do you have a scenario ready: "If this happens, I will act like this"?
🧠 A golden rule at the bottom of the checklist:
"Plan the trade, then execute the plan. No to emotions."
