🤔
Everyone seems to have forgotten about Trump's tariffs and duties. But is everything resolved with them?
After the introduction of tariffs and duties on literally all US partners, the market plummeted 📉. Currently, a pause has been introduced for most of them during negotiations. But what will happen after?
At the moment, the market assumes that the pause will end with the conclusion of deals 🤝. It was the same during the increase of tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada, but ultimately they were still implemented after the pause.
Many may have gotten the false impression that all countries are literally lining up for negotiations with Trump 😁. However, this picture is not objective as it has no real confirmations. On the contrary, we know that negotiations between the US and China are not taking place at the moment.
In general, the situation remains extremely ambiguous. However, even Trump's failure remains a positive for the market ☝️. The logic is as follows:
1. The story with tariffs and duties ends positively ➡ the market rebounds from the decline
2. Everything ends badly and remains in the worst scenario ➡ the US is forced to implement QE to prevent the market drop from wiping out voters' savings.
