SoftBank, Tether, and Cantor Fitzgerald have launched Twenty One Capital — a $3.6B Bitcoin company led by Jack Mallers.
Starting with 42,000 BTC, they plan to offer direct Bitcoin exposure, raise more capital, and trade publicly under the ticker XXI.
