Why did EOS change its name to Vaulta for Web3 banking business?

Because it wants to play 'The Golden Cicada Sheds Its Shell'. It wasn't doing too well before, so it's thinking of changing its name and track, as if to say, 'Hey, everyone, don’t look at my past, I’m now a new player in the high-end Web3 banking space!'
