1. How you use crypto to receive money from abroad
I started using crypto—mainly USDT and Bitcoin—to receive freelance payments from international clients. Traditional banks had high fees and long processing times, but with crypto, the money arrives in minutes with minimal costs. I usually receive through a wallet like Trust Wallet or Binance, then convert as needed locally.
2. How crypto helps you save or hedge against inflation
Living in a country with a volatile currency, I use stablecoins like USDT to store value. It helps me avoid the rapid depreciation of my local currency and gives me peace of mind. I also diversify into ETH and BTC to benefit from long-term gains.
3. How you started trading or investing in digital assets
My journey began with curiosity—I bought a small amount of Bitcoin just to understand how it worked. Then I dove into YouTube tutorials, Reddit threads, and followed key voices on X (Twitter). Over time, I started swing trading altcoins and learning about DeFi protocols.
4. Your side hustle earnings in crypto
My side hustle includes writing content for crypto blogs and doing community management for Web3 projects. Most of my payments are in crypto, and it’s been a solid source of income that I reinvest or save in stablecoins or ETH.
5. The way you educate others or learn about Web3
I run a Telegram group where I break down Web3 terms and share crypto news in simple language. I also join Twitter Spaces and Discord AMAs to stay updated and learn from people in the space. Sharing what I learn helps others and reinforces my own understanding.
