The blogger is said to have received digital coins through his account on the social network, but X's defense in Brazil denied any relation to the case, claiming that Allan used external tools to its platform.

Former Twitter in Brazil, the platform X denied in an action pending in the Supreme Court that it allowed blogger Allan dos Santos to receive any amount in bitcoin through its services. The information is from O Globo.

Supporter of former President Jair Bolsonaro, Allan dos Santos is currently outside Brazil and is facing a legal process in Brazilian courts. Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court is responsible for the action that triggered X Brazil.

But it is noteworthy that the social network declared that Allan does not have an active account on the platform, which would already help explain the lack of collaboration with any amounts received through the service.

Former Twitter says that if Allan dos Santos received bitcoin, he did so with an external tool to the social network.

It all started in March 2025, when the Federal Police of Brazil informed the Supreme Court that X had allowed the financing of several profiles targeted for blocking. Part of the amounts sent would be in cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin, for example.

In the Federal Police's complaint, the Supreme Court found that the amounts received migrated to accounts of Allan dos Santos, Rodrigo Constantino, and Paulo Renato de Oliveira Figueiredo Filho. All of them are involved in the investigation that examines alleged acts against the democratic rule of law in the country, a process still ongoing.

Even so, X responded in recent days to the court, informing that it never collaborated with the sending of amounts to anyone. In other words, if they received any amount, in bitcoin or fiat money, they did so through external tools.

It is worth remembering that the Federal Police itself indicated in the complaint that there was a bitcoin address linked to Allan dos Santos, although anyone can easily create a new address to receive amounts. It is still unclear what the court will do with the response from X's defense, but the case remains under analysis.

Allan dos Santos has already fought with Renato 38tão, who was trying to convince him to adopt BTC.

The case gains even more prominence due to the fact that Allan dos Santos publicly fought with the Brazilian Bitcoin advocate, Renato 38tão.

Renato went to the USA to participate in a podcast with Allan, when he reminded the blogger that only bitcoin would provide him security to receive amounts, just like for his own supporters.

On that occasion, Santos was outraged to say that anyone sending Pix to his accounts would be marked by Brazilian justice. Apparently, he has already reconsidered the use of bitcoin and may already have an address associated with it.

Livecoins did not find information about the address or whether there have been donations to the blogger through it. Additionally, the report could not contact the defenses of those mentioned, but the space remains open for statements.
