I am 35 years old this year. I entered the cryptocurrency space in 2019, starting with a borrowed capital of 60,000, and by last year, my assets had exceeded eight digits!

In the cryptocurrency space for ten years, professionally trading for six years, over 3100 days. I have tried long-term, short-term, ultra-short, and swing trading; I have done almost every type of method, so I have a say on this issue. I always say that mastering a skill takes the '10,000-hour rule'; working eight hours a day and reviewing for over 200 days a year amounts to about five years. This is just the foundation for stable profits. There will definitely be significant pitfalls within ten years, so to be on the safe side, do not invest more than your capability within that timeframe.

Many experts who have turned tens of thousands into tens of millions or even hundreds of millions just leveraged their contracts heavily, and many of them perished in a bear market, but you just don't know it. Human nature, in the face of significant trends, often causes people to lose their ability to make correct judgments.

Returning to the main topic, I would like to share with everyone here:

In the cryptocurrency trading space, it is hard to change others, and it is also hard to change oneself; but only by changing oneself can there be hope! Changing others is difficult, changing oneself is also difficult; but only by changing oneself can there be hope. The financial market never has 'what ifs', only results matter!

If we cannot achieve results in cryptocurrency trading, we must have done something wrong; if we can continuously achieve results, we must have done something right, that's all. Our mindset affects our daily behavior, and our daily behavior leads to the final results.

Losing money is not scary; what is important is to find the real reasons for the loss, make a firm decision to change immediately, which can help us turn losses into profits. Ignoring problems, avoiding them, or failing to face them head-on is what is truly frightening. Everything has cause and effect; sow good causes, reap good results, sow bad causes, reap bad results.

Our current situation stems entirely from every decision we made previously. Regardless of whether the outcome is good or bad, we must bear the consequences. In the adult world, once a choice is made, even if it is wrong, we must walk through it on our knees. It all depends on whether we can accept and face the final results calmly when they correspond to each person. In the adult world, one should never pretend that the process was very hard work because the final result will not play along with our act.

We should learn to reflect and summarize more in our daily lives. Maintain and improve the good, and change the bad immediately. Given time, we will all improve. Trading in the cryptocurrency space is the same; we must eliminate the mindset of luck, abandon the desire for quick wealth or speculation, and avoid every trade outside our capability and understanding.

Before each trade, ask yourself whether you truly understand, whether you have solid grounds for your trading decisions, whether you have prepared a strategy, established a risk control system, and whether you can accept failure, etc.! Truly clarifying your own abilities is an essential element for us as qualified investors. As long as you want to change, any time is just right!

The essence of trading is: cut losses when wrong, hold on when right.
