At expiration, BTC will have $7.2 billion in open interest expiring, with a put/call ratio of 0.73. The maximum pain point is $85,000, while BTC is currently priced at $92,735 — a notable win for call option holders.
Meanwhile, ETH options totaling $800 million in open interest will also expire, carrying the same put/call ratio of 0.73. With a maximum pain point at $1,900 and the current ETH price at $1,769, put option buyers appear to hold a slight edge.
