Transparency and Fairness in Binance’s Delisting Process

As a member of this community, I feel it’s important to raise awareness about the recent developments regarding Binance’s delisting decisions. While I respect Binance’s role as a leading exchange, the lack of transparency in the voting and decision-making process raises serious concerns:

1. Voting Results Were Not Shared Transparently:

Wing (WING) achieved strong results in the recent delisting vote, outperforming many other projects. However, the final voting breakdown, including the performance of other tokens, was not publicly disclosed. Why weren’t the results made available for the community to review?

2. Manipulation Concerns:

Despite a voting process that involved the community, Binance ultimately chose to delist WING. This raises questions about whether the vote was meaningful or whether Binance already predetermined its decisions.

3. Unfair Communication:

During the voting process and even after the delisting decision, there was minimal communication from Binance regarding the future of other projects that were also part of the vote. What is the fate of those tokens? Why is the process so inconsistent?

4. Profiting for Years, Then Delisting Without Accountability:

For years, Binance has profited from trading fees generated by tokens like WING. Thousands of users traded and held these tokens on the platform in good faith. Suddenly deciding to delist without clear accountability or compensation raises serious ethical concerns. Is it fair to profit from a token for years, only to discard it when convenient?

This is not just about a single token but about trust, transparency, and fairness for all Binance users. Many of us have supported and traded these projects for years, generating significant volume and fees for the platform. We deserve clear, open communication and an explanation of how these decisions are made.

I urge Binance to improve its processes and provide a detailed report on the delisting votes and the rationale behind its decisions. Community trust is the foundation of any platform, and this trust is built on transparency
