The media is a tool of perception. It shows the best moments of everyone. Everyone's inner world is chaotic and criminal. Just live the moment and be happy. If you can sleep in your warm house today, sleep, and if you can wake up strong in the morning, be grateful. None of the things you think you control are actually in your hands.
