3. Master One Strategy First
Don’t jump between strategies. Focus on one (e.g., support/resistance, trend-following, price action) and get good at it before trying others.

Record every trade: entry/exit, why you entered, what happened.
Review it weekly to spot patterns in your behavior or errors.
5. Stay Emotionally Detached
Don’t chase losses or get greedy.
Stick to your plan, even when things get emotional.
6. Backtest and Paper Trade
Test your strategy on historical data.
Practice with demo accounts before going live.
7. Avoid Overtrading
Be selective. Not every price movement is a signal.
Take breaks. Fatigue leads to poor decisions.
