1- #Pi network is in an Open Mainnet phase since 20th February, 2025. There is no firewall and Pi Blockchain is fully connected externally. 2- Approximately 6-7 Billion Pi coins have been mined already and corresponding 35% of supply for Pi Core Team, Pi Foundation and Pi Liquidity Account is also part of circulating supply which makes total circulating supply approximately 10 Billion+ Pi coins. 3- Locked coins or unlocking refers to already mined coins by the miners (or pioneers) which miners (or pioneers) have staked for a time duration to get better mining rates. Among approximately 7 Billion already mined Pi coins, approximately 1.5 Billion Pi coins are unlocked and can be traded freely as of today while approximately 5.5 Billion Pi coins are locked (staked) between 2 weeks upto next 3 years and can not be traded while locked. It’s these coins, once become unlocked, will increase the supply on CEXs to be potentially traded. They are not under the control of Pi Core Team and their activity will entirely be their respective holders action.
