We, the **banned users of KOL Chat**, humbly appeal for a *fair review* of our suspensions. Many of us are "new traders" eager to learn, share insights, and engage with the community—yet we’ve been *permanently banned for minor mistakes* without warning.
### **Why Should We Be Unbanned?**

✔ *No Warning System* – Many bans were sudden, with *no prior notice or chance to correct behavior*. A *strike-based system* would be fairer.
✔ *We Bring Value* – Fresh traders ask questions, spark discussions, and help keep the community active. Silencing us *hurts the group’s vibrancy*.
✔ *Binance Stands for Inclusion* – As the world’s leading crypto platform, Binance encourages *education and community*. Let’s uphold that spirit!
### **Our Request:**
🔹 *Reverse permanent bans* for minor first-time offenses.
🔹 *Introduce a warning system* (e.g., 3 strikes) before bans.
🔹 *Clarify KOL rules* to avoid unintentional violations.
🔹 *Allow appeals*—because everyone deserves a second chance.
