When BTC dominance is high, it usually means:

Money is consolidating into BTC – investors see it as the "safe" crypto during uncertain or early cycle phases.

Alts are bleeding or lagging – even if BTC is up, many alts might still be down or just flatlining.

Risk-off within crypto – people want exposure but aren’t willing to bet on riskier plays yet.

But historically, BTC pumps first, then dominance peaks, and only after that do alts start catching serious bids. If BTC stabilizes, especially above key levels (say $95k+), we could see a rotation into alts next.
