Why do 'grandfathers' like Litecoin still hold strong in the top?
It seems that every year dozens of new projects promise a 'revolution in blockchain' — but despite all this, old-timers like LTC still firmly sit at the top.
Why?
• Trust and reputation. Litecoin has been around since 2011 — it is one of the oldest cryptocurrencies. People simply trust time-tested assets.
• Simplicity. No hype, complicated DeFi structures, or promises to 'change the world' — just fast and cheap transactions.
• Recognizability. LTC is known even by those who are far from crypto. It is often added to exchanges, payment services, wallets, etc.
• Low noise, high stability. While new projects rise and fall, Litecoin just holds steady — and that's enough for many investors.
You don't always need to be loud to remain strong. And LTC is a vivid example of this.
