My friends who know me are aware that, perhaps due to being too busy working in web2 or not wanting to expend a huge amount of energy on trading, I actually have a psychological rejection of the quick in-and-out meme trading strategy.
I often look down on many people calling out memes because I know they are trying to get me to take over their positions 😅. But while browsing Twitter over the weekend, I came across two new coins that caught my eye — $stonks and $bitch; these two are both meme coins and platform coins.
1. To create the on-chain Nasdaq of stonks
This is quite interesting; I've mentioned that I prefer platform coins like $bnb and $bgb, but I never actually thought that community meme coins could also be platform coins, like $stonks, which is quite innovative. I had seen people from this community mentioning this token in various comment sections a long time ago; I honestly didn't expect the story behind the token, especially since the platform mystonks will also support US stock tokens and commodities, which makes me feel that this DEX has ambition.

Upon further investigation of the founder @BruceJ, it turns out that a big shot personally launched the DEX, with strength + ambition + strong community attributes; this is indeed a project worth my in-depth research. Now $stonks has a market cap of 40 million, and I will also increase my position in $stonks during this recent period, optimistic about this DEX and the direction of integrating US stocks and commodities, also looking forward to big brother B.

2. Early platform coin with meme attributes: bitch
From another perspective, my preference for platform coins mainly comes from my liking for valuable coins, which brings peace of mind: good assets + good prices + long-term holding.
I don't have too much time to mess around, and I'm also thinking about when is the best time to enter platform coins, which is usually when they are not launched yet, as you often can obtain chips at very low prices; for example, when BNB first came out at $0.5, and like $bwb, when doing tasks, the cost was only about $0.1 per coin.
Although by the time I noticed $bitch, it had already ended its airdrop phase. This also meant I missed a low-cost opportunity to acquire platform coin chips; however, since the platform coin has already gone live, we will see how it develops after ourbit, and whether it can trigger a frenzy like the single coin $hype, let's wait and see!
