Good day! This is specially for beginners to help them make profit in crypto. There are so many ways to make profits from crypto, but among those ways some of them are very difficult and risky for many people especially beginners! Tell us your story how you made your first profit.
These are my top three methods!
1. P2P Trading.
I joined crypto in November, 2017 and what attracted me to join crypto was P2P (peer to peer) trading because it is the easiest way for most people in my country to exchange money. It is very easy and cheap to get paid in crypto and use Binance P2P to convert it to my fiat currency instead of receiving fiat directly from abroad to my bank. That's when I saw an opportunity to make my first profit in crypto, through P2P trading. I never thought this could be a business that could generate good income, so far it's one of my favorite methods that doesn't affect my portfolio even when the market is volatile.
2. Spot Trading.
Everyone knows spot trading I think, I can say that this is the easiest way of trading! Spot trading made my life easier by giving me a stable income just by trading a single coin within 24 hours or holding it for less than a week! Coins like $BTC , $ETH , $XRP are among my favorite coins. I like hodling too, but not so much because it requires a good capital compared to spot and since crypto is my business so it is somewhat difficult for me to hodl one coin for months.
3. Arbitrage Trading.
Arbitrage also brought me good profits! Although Spot and P2P are still better for me because I needed more capital like 3/5x in arbitrage to get good profits due to the volatility in some coins. Sometimes when the markets were volatile I would look for tokens with low liquidity on tier 3 exchanges and sell them on tier 2 exchanges and DEXs, It is still one of my favorite methods!
There are many other ways to trade and make profit although based on my experience I would recommend Spot and P2P trading for beginners. It is better to make a small profit on spot or P2P trading as a beginner than to lose it all on futures trading (which requires good knowledge of crypto markets) or by hodling the wrong coin/token. Keep learning slowly and don't rush, it is easier to gain experience by trading daily on spot trading and then you can move on to other methods later. Good day!
