Analysts have compiled an infographic of money supply movements according to TradingView data to show a one-way trend: the USA, Japan, China, and the Eurozone have either already updated or are close to new historical highs in money supply (M2). This is a direct consequence of the soft policies of central banks, which continue to fuel the financial system with liquidity. The USA and the EU tried to fight the trend, and quantitative tightening achieved some reduction. But, looking at the graph of several decades, the phrase 'a grain of sand to an elephant' comes to mind.
