I used to trade non-stop — every move, every candle.
But even with all that effort, I kept losing.
Here’s the truth:
More trades don’t mean more profit.
It just left me drained — emotionally and financially.
The issue wasn’t that I lacked skill.
The real problem? I was overtrading.
So I changed my approach:
✔️ I trade just 2–3 hours a day, mostly during the New York session
✔️ I wait for clean setups — no chasing
✔️ I plan my trades in the morning and review them afterward
✔️ Some days, I don’t take any trades — and that’s totally fine
Discipline > FOMO.
You don’t need to trade more.
You need to trade smarter.
Less screen time.
More focus.
