🚨 You bought on spot, time passed... and your cryptocurrencies are still down 📉
⏳ It's been 2, 3, even 6 months! And nothing has recovered
Do you feel trapped? Do you doubt whether to average down? Don't know whether to sell, wait, or ignore it?
Breathe... let's talk it over calmly and clearly.
🔍 1. An unrealized loss is NOT a definitive loss
If you didn't sell, you didn't lose... but be careful! it doesn't mean everything is fine ❗
Don't ignore the risk just because 'you haven't closed the trade'. A -20% in BTC is not the same as in a low-cap altcoin.
🧠 2. Average down? Only with your head, not with emotion
👉 Applying DCA (dollar-cost averaging) can be useful, but not recklessly.
Averaging down without a plan = digging a deeper hole 🕳️
Just do it if:
✅ You understand the asset
✅ You trust in its future
✅ You are willing to hold long-term
🌐 3. Context, context, context
Is the market bearish? 📉
Is the asset still solid?
Are your reasons for entering still valid or has everything changed?
Don't buy more just out of pride or hope... review the fundamentals.

"I won't sell until it returns to my price" = mental trap
💔 Sometimes the most professional thing is to accept, restructure, and move on
Stagnant capital is also a loss... of opportunity.
💬 5. Investing is not praying, it is making decisions with clarity
If you are emotionally trapped, the best thing is to pause and look at the bigger picture
⚠️ If you no longer have peace, that investment is costing you more than money...
Remember:
✅ Having red cryptos does not make you a bad investor
✅ What's important is how you react, not just what you bought
✅ Managing with discipline is part of the game
