The increase in difficulty usually follows the increase in price — now $BTC is approaching $100K and the network strengthens along with it.

High difficulty makes #Bitcoin even more secure — a 51% attack becomes practically impossible.

⚡️ But it also increases energy consumption: in 2024, the network consumed 145 TWh — like an entire country.
