Transfer of user accounts residing in Dubai to Binance FZE

Dear Binance members,
The Binance platform proudly holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for our local trading platform, Binance FZE. Our VASP license is a testament to our unwavering commitment to compliance, innovation, and user protection.
Account transfer to Binance FZE
We will be transferring all accounts of residents in Dubai from the global Binance.com platform to the Dubai Binance platform regulated by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
If users have received notifications to upgrade their account verification (KYC) but have not completed it yet, they must do so before the deadline (25-04-2025) to avoid service disruption.
User accounts in Dubai that have completed identity verification will be automatically transferred to Binance Dubai (FZE). No further action is required. The email, password, and user ID will remain unchanged.
Notes:
Users in the UAE outside of Dubai will still need to complete the identity verification upgrade at a later stage. For now, their accounts will remain on the global Binance.com platform.
Users may not receive an email immediately, as we will send notifications in stages until all accounts of Dubai residents are successfully transferred.
It is essential that all users residing in Dubai complete the registration and onboarding requirements before the deadline (25-04-2025) to avoid their accounts being restricted to withdrawals only.
