Siemens partners with Minima to embed blockchain technology into devices
According to TechFlow, on March 18, Siemens partnered with Minima, a distributed ledger builder for the Internet of Things, to apply blockchain technology to automobiles, robots, and energy equipment.
According to a press release issued by both parties, Minima is collaborating with Siemens’ Cre8Ventures division to drive industrial transformation by collaborating with startups in areas such as artificial intelligence and digital twins.
Minima CEO said that as the edge computing capabilities of devices increase, large enterprises need to ensure system resilience, and decentralized systems will help expand the scope of services.
