Participation as a social miner in the @DAO Labs #ILO programs for #AutonomysNetwork has been one of the greatest achievements in my journey through the Web3 ecosystem. The journey began for me during Pledge Pool phase activities, where nomination was for my background in content creation and experience in community growth as seen in DAOLabs #SocialMining Hubs.

Unlike the traditional token sales which mainly serve for the financial investment, Pledge Pool is centered around what I could actually contribute. I am assigned the ILO chiefly on the nature and extent of the pledging deliverables I made, ranging all the way from educational posts, tweets to contribution of original articles. This way actually made me fell deserving for the value of my skills and work.

The real work began as soon as the phase of ILO was initiated. This phase is still ongoing and all I have done is to write high-quality content meant not only to inform but to inspire others to seek knowledge of the project. In this endeavor as writer, I wrote detailed articles, created infographics, and hosted tweets to enhance the Autonomys offerings and community. Each submission was put into ILO platform whereby I could track progress and see feedback from validators - here's a link to my favorite submission with 8.2k views, plus my submission dashboard with the evidence of consistent activity.

The validation process is ongoing, with only original and impactful work being worthy of rewards. As such, I am pushed far beyond surface level into a full understanding of what the project's vision and technology entailed to improve my content.
Looking forward, the Flexible Vesting phase will kick off soon, and it promises to be the best experience of all. This phase requires me to be present every time during the vesting period, because my active involvement in the continued engagement directly influenced the percentage of tokens I could unlock, so that even after my initial activity is completed, I would have that motivation to contribute. It is no longer just the earning of tokens; it is being a part of a growing ecosystem. When that phase starts, I will check in regularly, participating in the discussions and then supporting new initiatives within the Autonomy community as I always do.

In a nutshell, the DAO Labs ILO program has really transformed me from being a passive participant into an active contributor in the Web3 space. I have learned new skills and expanded my network; hence, I have a more profound appreciation for how decentralized projects can truly create real value. Most importantly, I feel like my work truly matters. Not just to me but to the entire community and future of the project.
