TRADER CONFESSIONS
#7: I Copied a Pro Trader. Now I’m a Life Coach.
He had charts. He had threads.
He had “Not Financial Advice” in bio – but I took it as gospel.
He said:
“Long now. Target: 2x. SL? We don’t use that here.”
I hit copy.
Trade executed.
At first, it worked.
+12%.
+18%.
I felt like a genius…
…for following another guy’s trades.
Then came the big one.
He posted:
“I’m going in heavy on this breakout. This is the one.”
So I went all in.
The coin?
Broke out.
Then broke down.
Then broke my soul.
I watched the chart fall.
I waited for an update.
He posted again:
“Trade didn’t go as planned. Learning opportunity.”
Me?
I wasn’t learning.
I was unlearning how to trust people.
