As a participant in @DAO Labs ’ ILO with Autonomys Network, I’ve gained a new understanding of how decentralized collaboration can go beyond hype and speculation. This incredible journey of mine through the ILO process starting from pledging my role to submitting deliverables and witnessing the impact of flexible vesting — has reshaped how I approach value creation in Web3 and I must commend the @DAO Labs and @Autonomysnet team for this noble idea.
In similar parlance friends , I entered the Pledge Pool after selecting the role of Content Writer G, where I committed to contributing value through written content and engagement and I must say that the process was skill-based, not random. You aren’t “selected” in the traditional sense — you pledge your intention to work, and the platform either confirms or counteroffers based on your role, availability, and prior contributions. My pledge amounted to 250 #AI3 tokens, calculated according to the volume of work I committed to with each participant setting their level of involvement based on their capacity, which makes the system both fair and scalable.
However friends , the ILO phase itself was deep but rewarding. Over four weeks, I completed structured tasks that included content creation, community engagement, and research-driven posts both in medium article and Binance Square article and all of my submissions were uploaded through the DAO Labs platform. . I’m particularly proud of the posts I shared explaining Autonomys’ decentralized AI infrastructure, which gained traction within the community both in medium and Binance
Without mincing words , what really surprised me was how Flexible Vesting changed the way I think about rewards and I must restate that instead of an instant payout, the earned tokens are distributed gradually — a mechanism that made me more invested in the long-term success of the project. By tying rewards to time, DAO Labs subtly encourages continued engagement, which benefits both contributors and the project itself. It’s not just “work and leave” — it’s build, support, and grow together.
