Vaulta is an operating system focused on Web3 banking, which recently partnered with Virgo to launch a stablecoin-based cross-border remittance network called VirgoPay. The platform is expected to go live in May 2025, aiming to reduce traditional transfer times from several days to minutes, with fees potentially decreased by up to 70%. Users can top up through banks, wire transfers, crypto wallets, and choose from various fiat currencies for receiving.
In addition, Vaulta was formerly known as EOS Network, recently rebranded to Vaulta, and plans to conduct a token swap by the end of May 2025. Vaulta has established a Banking Advisory Committee, with members including executives from institutions like Systemic Trust, Tetra, and ATB Financial, aimed at exploring the integration of traditional banking with decentralized finance. Vaulta plans to retain EOS Network's.
