🤑 I Used to Obsess Over Winning Every Trade—Until I Realized That’s Not the Goal 😅

Let’s be honest… I used to believe that being a great trader meant winning every trade.

One red candle, and I’d spiral—doubting my strategy, overanalyzing, even revenge trading.

The Game-Changing Mindset Shift:

“You’re not supposed to win every trade. You’re supposed to win the game.”

Chasing perfection is the quickest way to burn out and blow up your account. Now, my focus is simple: edge + execution.

I don’t care if I lose 4 out of 10 trades—if my winners are well-executed and controlled, I stay in profit.

The Candlestick That Taught Me Everything: The Shooting Star

I once shorted a shooting star at resistance, convinced I’d caught the top.

It dipped… for a moment. Then it pumped hard.

I had no confirmation—I just wanted to be right. And I paid the price.

That loss taught me something crucial:

Even the best setups fail. The real win is in how you react.

Cut the loss, stay unemotional, move on. That’s what pros do.

What I Do Differently Now:

✅ I don’t aim to win every trade—I aim to manage every trade.

✅ I predefine risk on every setup.

✅ I focus on process > outcome.

Key Reminders (from someone still learning):

🔸 Stop trying to be right—it’s about execution, not ego.

🔸 One trade doesn’t define you—neither does one loss.

🔸 Mastery isn’t flashy—it’s boring, consistent, and disciplined.

You’re not here to be perfect.

You’re here to grow, adapt, and refine your edge with every trade.
