🇺🇸🆚🇨🇳Global Trade Dominance
The largest trading partners 🟥China and 🟦USA are clearly visible in the infographic.
In 2000, the trade volume of the USA was $2.0 trillion - more than 4 times that of China ($474 billion). At that time, China was the main trading partner for only a few countries, including Cuba, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, Mongolia, North Korea, Oman, Sudan, Tanzania, and Vietnam.
From 2000 to 2024, the trade volume of the USA grew by 167% (4.2% CAGR), while China’s trade grew by 1200% (11.3% CAGR), surpassing the USA in 2012. By 2024, the total trade volume of the USA reached $5.3 trillion, while China's reached $6.2 trillion.
China is now the dominant trading partner for most countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Oceania, South America, and Africa.
This is the reason for Trump's tariffs. China has ALREADY taken over the world. Will Donald succeed? Probably not, but he couldn't not try. He genuinely wants to return his country to greatness.
