Record what goes out, what comes back, and what was lost (i.e., the loss) and account for yourself every week (do an inventory).
At that time, you will know which path to take and change your work (and introduce new goods that are in demand in the market), meaning the profitable currencies, and do not keep them in your wallet for nothing.
