Our BNB Chain Story

ZetaChain has a long history of building with the BNB Chain ecosystem — from driving 2.5% of all transactions on BNB testnet, to being supported today in Binance Futures Markets and Web3 Wallet. Our ecosystem is enabling a new generation of Universal Apps (BNB Chain–compatible) that let:

  • Binance users interact with native BTC and other assets and dApps from external chains without switching networks.

  • Users from other chains (Bitcoin, Solana, TON, and more) to access BNB assets and its dApp ecosystem natively with no network switching required.

As of today, approximately 37% of the total ZETA supply (2.1B) is in circulation, roughly one year after mainnet launch. ZETA serves as the native utility token of the ZetaChain L1 network and powers:

We're enhancing a “Build Once, Launch Everywhere” developer experience and expanding reach to new blockchains to make Universal Apps the best standard for cross-chain development:

  • Chain Expansion: Launch full mainnet support including tokens, `WithdrawAndCall` for native dApps, and `onRevert` for Solana, Sui, and TON, while integrating 2 additional chains to the ZetaChain ecosystem.

  • Performance Upgrades: Increase network throughput by reducing block time by over 50% (6 seconds → less than 3 seconds) and optimizing protocol speed, reliability, and signing efficiency.

  • Developer Enablement: Finalize the Universal App Toolkit SDK, bring major chains to Testnet parity, and ship powerful new tools such as AI agents for app management and SDKs for social login and gas abstraction.

  • Enterprise Validation & Institutional Reach: Expand validator onboarding and marketing with globally recognized enterprises to further legitimize ZetaChain as a foundational Layer 1 for interoperability.

ZetaChain is doubling down on core app innovation and user incentives to grow adoption across the ecosystem stack:
